Their menu has a lot of different options to choose from and are very flexible when certain needs are required. They have many options that can be used for different occasions/events.

I truly enjoy working closely with Simply Elegant when it comes to arranging food for clients and very glad to have that relationship with them.

I used Simply Elegant over several years for small social gatherings in my home and office. The staff were amazing in assisting me in planning the events. Their recommendations for food items and quantity were always exactly right. The food was delivered on time and staff often helped in arranging things with me.

Every time I used Simply Elegant the food was OUTSTANDING! Beautiful presentation and fantastic flavours made for a memorable experience by my guests and me. I no longer live in Calgary but know that I would immediately call Simply Elegant if I needed to do an event upon my return.

The deliveries are always timely. When they are going to be a bit late (5-10 minutes), they call ahead to notify us. I believe that we receive good quality/price ratio. The invoicing system is topnotch and almost glitch-free. Our firm is very demanding and requests change frequently on a daily basis and the staff at Simply Elegant is always able to service our demands.

Of all the different vendors our company utilizes on a regular basis, I can honestly say that Simply Elegant is the best and the one company we give 90% of our business to for these same reasons. Most companies out there claim to place the customers first and foremost but many do not follow up on their claims. Not Simply Elegant.

When dealing with them, one can truly see that their clients are the most prized aspect of their business. I will never hesitate to recommend them. Hats off to you all guys!!!

My client’s are sick of the same old sausage and meat panini’s and want to try something different. In order to succeed in sales we have to present ourselves as being unique in the marketplace. I heard about Simply Elegant through one of their amazing catering events and decided to give them a call.

What surprised me was that Simply Elegant has weekly hot meal specials for a price close to regular old sandwich trays. These chef prepared meals may include Chicken, Beef, Soup, Vegetables, and Salads – all for one low price. Each special is unique and is different every month. Not the same old same old as above. How do they do it? They shop for specials, buy bulk quantities and prepare a menu in advance that saves me money. You can sign up for their regular newsletters that offer these monthly specials on their web site.

One of my engineering clients desired sandwiches instead of the hot meal deals. I called the Simply Elegant sales coordinator and she offered me a package deal with sandwiches, pickle trays, cookies, and drinks. What is important to me is that the meals are delivered on time and I haven’t had one problem with Simply Elegant delivering late. The sandwiches and wraps were of the highest quality and were prepared by what looked to be a professional chef. The meats were of a high quality – for example, the chicken and beef were not sliced deli meats, but were prepared in house (Chicken Breast, Roast Beef) that tasted out of this world. This engineering firm liked the sandwiches and wraps so much that they called me to use Simply Elegant as their corporate caterer.

I highly recommend Simply Elegant. Their food is fresh, is of highest quality and is prepared by professional chefs. Their staff is so nice to deal with and their pricing is competitive to other catering companies that I’ve used in the past. Their monthly catering specials presents my sales company as being unique in the marketplace. Use them!

The Alberta Student Energy Conference is a professional development and recruitment seminar and was held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre on March 1st, 2013. Due to the nature of the conference a lot of the decision making was needed to be completed near the date of the conference and Simply Elegant was always readily available to us and we never had to worry about them! We will never forget the moment the doors to ASEC was opened. It was breathtaking. Our sponsors were extremely pleased. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Everything Simply Elegant provided was perfect. Peter was prompt and professional during our consultation and very timely and thorough in their responses in the weeks leading up to our wedding – same with Shelley in accounting. I can’t tell you how helpful that is when you’re a bride dealing with many different and hectic vendors. The catering staff and onsite manager the day of the event were so lovely and very professional. They made sure both the bride and groom and coordinator were up to speed on all important matters. Food was served as quickly as possible (and it was delicious) and plates, etc. cleared quickly and quietly after dinner. The midnight snack was awesome and they cut the cake without any notice even when they were trying to wrap up for the night. Really excellent and we’d be happy to give you positive reviews and refer you to our friends. The only thing that would make it better is if paying by credit card came without the service fee. Thanks for everything!

I continue to use their catering whenever I can through work, and would highly recommend them to anyone one looking for exceptional quality, reasonable price and friendly staff wanting to help with any request you might have and then going over and beyond what is expected.

I wanted to say THANK YOU so much for everything you did over the past year. I am so grateful for your patience, multiple quote adjustments, delicious! tasting and amazing food and service on the day of my “big day”. Eric and I have received a ton of feedback from our guests that the food was incredible, and my only regret was that I didn’t get to eat more on the big day! Our wedding was a large wedding of 600 guests! I had a vision of a Parisian glamour themed wedding and was very worried a size this large of a wedding would quickly turn into a nightmare. Let me tell you, I was wrong!

Sharon is everything you would dream a wedding planner to be. She is empathetic, a great listener, an excellent problem solver (she actually foresees problems before they occur) and an extremely talented artist all in one. Her approach is so refreshing, she will not let you panic, provides creative solutions and is always there to listen to any concern you have, no matter how many you have!

Sharon designed my floral including my bouquet, my bridesmaids’ bouquets, the groomsmen’s boutonnieres, floral at the venue, tables decor, cake table, our wedding party table and much more. All this while providing ways to cut on cost without compromising our vision. Did I mention we had 600 guests?

Sharon and Rob were there for us the entire time helping us plan and providing us with valuable insight. They also learned about our culture and how to address everyone in our family.
On our big day, Rob and Sharon had become a part of the family. Rob came and congratulated us and we felt like we were in great hands.

Sharon was there reminding me to enjoy every moment, look up and smile while going down the stairs and walk with grace, she helped us stick to our schedule to the minute. Really she was my angel guardian that day.
Due to my outfit changes we had a tight schedule, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time and let me tell you; that is no easy task when there are this many individuals to manage!
She even managed my aunt who came from overseas and only spoke French! Yes, Sharon speaks French as well 🙂
I could honestly go on and on about how amazing Rob and Sharon are as well as their talented team who always smiled when they saw us and treated us like family.
